Hope for 2021: The importance of career guidance to the Covid and post-Covid world (full paper now published)

Over a year ago I was invited to Greece (via Zoom sadly) to present some of my thoughts on career guidance and Covid. After the presentation I was invited to write the paper up for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

The conference proceedings have now been published. So you can read my contribution in either English or Greek. In the paper I discuss career and Covid and explore both the labour market and psycho-social impacts of the pandemic. I then go on to explore what kind of career guidance we need in the pandemic and post-pandemic world, highlighting integrated guidance, the development of career management skills and and social justice as being critical to the future of the field.

If you want to read it in full, here it is…
