This morning I gave my keynote presentation to the Asia Pacific Career Development Association conference. The conference is focused on giving participants a new look at careers in a rapidly changing world. I hoped to discuss what careers are, what the future is going to look like and what career guidance can do to meaningfully engage in both the process of individual careering and the possibilities of the future (I know! The hubris!).
