The ICF Credentials and Standards team is looking for subject matter experts (SMEs) to help develop and maintain the ICF credential programs. As an SME volunteer, you will work closely with ICF staff to contribute to the certification process and ensure ICF credentials continue to reflect the highest standards in coaching.
To be eligible, you must hold an ACC, PCC, MCC, or Advanced Certification in Team Coaching and be willing to commit time and effort to improving the exam development process. Please note, certain volunteer roles are limited to coach practitioners not affiliated with a coaching education program.
A variety of opportunities will be available over the next several months, including reviewing items for technical accuracy, competency linkage, bias and cultural sensitivity, supporting the standard setting process, and reviewing exam translations.
