I got to give a lecture to new masters student at the University of Derby’s career development masters this weekend. Inevitably I was keen to talk about the new edition of The Careers Leaders Handbook.

We had a really interesting discussion about careers leadership in schools and talked about the variety of ways that this activity can be organised in schools across the world. I have some more to say about this and hope to publish a new paper looking at international models in the next couple of months. But for now these are my slides from the session.
