There will be at least two open positions for the ICF Thought Leadership Institute Board of Directors starting in January 2023. The deadline to apply is August 15 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (New York).
Has there been any discussion of creating country-level or regional Thought Leadership chapters? Many hands make for light work and it feels like there is much work ahead. This approach would also allow for a pipeline of interested persons to be mentored by the larger Board of Directors and grow into the role over time. For younger coaches and underrepresented coaches, starting on a smaller scale provides less of a “glass cliff” experience, while allowing competence and confidence to develop. Just a thought.
