Today I’m very privileged to be keynoting the Swedish Association of Guidance Counsellors conference in Gothenburg. They asked me to talk about some of the work that we have been doing on career guidance and social justice.

I’m going to focus on the five signposts model and try and show how we can turn these ideas into something really practical.
