ICF Has Updated Our Diversity Statement
In July 2020, the ICF Global Board of Directors approved the ICF Statement of Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice. Since this time, ICF has gathered diversity data, updated policies, and implemented new initiatives. With this, we revisited our 2020 statement and updated it to align it with our focus.
In conjunction with the ICF Global Board of Directors, we will evaluate our diversity statement every three years to ensure we are on the pulse of the needs of all our stakeholders while adjusting to the changing world around us.
