I am working with the Institute for Employment Studies and BMG research to conduct a research project on behalf of the Construction Industry Training Board. In this project we are exploring careers in construction and pathways into the industry.

We are interested in hearing from career guidance practitioners on their thoughts about how they feel about the construction industry and how they are working with it.
