If you read this blog you are undoubtedly famiar with the International Center for Guidance Studies (iCeGS). iCeGS is a research centre based at the University of Derby with expertise in career and career guidance.

The Centre conducts research, provides consultancy to the career sector, offers a range of training and delivers a number of accredited learning programmes up to and including doctoral level. A history of iCeGS is available in the book. Hyde, C. (2014): A Beacon for Guidance.

I’ve been working at the iCeGS for almost 15 years now in one form or another and have had the privilege of working with a wide range of different and wonderful colleagues. This is why it is so exciting to see the Centre recruiting new staff.
