The NICEC conference 2024 will focus on career and sustainability.

The concept of sustainability is defined broadly, as ‘the integration of social equity, economic vitality and environmental health and well-being in order to create thriving healthy, diverse and resilient communities now and in the future’.

We will be looking at this topic through three important lenses:

• skills,
• wellbeing, and
• the environment.

Through a mixture of keynotes, plenary panels, workshops and other interactive sessions, participants will be able to contribute, and learn in different ways.
