ICF Coaching Education Year in Review

During our Quarter 4 Regional Town Halls, we shared data from the past year in ICF Coaching Education. With your support, ICF Coaching Education has grown tremendously in both staffing and resources in 2022. Thank you from all of us at ICF and ICF Coaching Education for an excellent year. We look forward to continuing to partner with you in 2023.

Highlights from 2022 include:

  • Added three new staff positions to the ICF Coaching Education team.
  • Transitioned to a regional accreditation support model to better meet the needs of our accredited providers.
  • Held monthly Evolution of Accreditation calls to answer questions and provide support around the transition to the new accreditation structure.
  • Developed and launched the Global Knowledge Community, a virtual space for coach educators and trainers.
  • Hosted 12 regional town halls to provide timely updates and information from ICF and ICF Coaching Education.
  • Organized nine Discovery Series sessions to aid coach educators in their professional development.
  • Hosted the first ever ICF Imagine: The Global Conference on Coaching Education and Training with nearly 300 coach educators from 50 countries around the globe.
  • Completed configuration and staff training for the launch of the new ICF Coaching Education Accreditation Portal launching this month.
  • Announced the creation of a new Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) to launch later this year.
