Proactively Review Your Contact Information
In our fast-paced world, where change is constant, your contact details and interests may change. Regularly reviewing and updating your email address and preferences empowers you to stay fully connected with the latest happenings and to maximize your opportunities within our global ecosystem.
To ensure you receive emails from ICF, it is good practice to periodically complete the following steps. You can find additional instructions for each step on our website.
1. Whitelist ICF
Please add the following to your email’s whitelist/safelist:
- ac.coachingfederation.org
- coachingfederation.org
2. Review Your Information in Your ICF Profile
Log into your ICF profile on coachingfederation.org and check to make sure that the email address you have on file is correct.
3. Manage Your Opt-In Status and Subscriptions
If you think you have opted out of ICF emails via the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can update your preference in your ICF profile. You can also manage your ICF email subscriptions to ensure you are receiving the content you are interested in.
