The beer bash is just one example of how Apple prioritizes employee connection and fosters a strong companyculture.
Good managers will do their own recruiting by having their own great network. And RPO companies will take over the legal part of HR. Within my companyculture I am considering setting word limits on everything; documentation, basic guidelines, etc. Here’s another idea: The future of human resources is death.
