On Wednesday we launched The Careers leader handbook (Third edition) at the National Careers Leader Conference in London. The new edition updates everything in the handbook for the new version of the Gatsby Benchmarks and various other big changes that have happened in the last few years. Here are David and I toasting the launch of the book. It was a somewhat bitter sweet moment for me as David has assured me that this will be the last book he produces before taking a well earned retirement.
