I am President/CEO of Gwen, Inc., a private sector leadership development corporation. Gwen, Inc. provides various leadership development services to executive leaders across industries and dimensions of diversity. However, as a Black woman leader, I built my legacy by providing specialized services to emerging and established Black women leaders.
