Food is a problem for me. My effort to control food got so extreme that I landed in a mental ward with an eating disorder. Too many details about food. You may want to try to find a healthier staple food. Establish routines to limit input. I hate variety. I hate that I don’t know what is coming. Everywhere.

I think too often we are so worried about accomplishing as many tasks as we can that we don't focus enough on the task that is right in front of us. EEG neurofeedback training is the best solution because it trains the brain out of that pattern. Then you would have your mind back to be mindful in.

Even if I manage to do that, I will not feel like I have accomplished something important today. And then, when it turns out that it really does mean sleep inducing I didn’t feel accomplished. Have good food, fast Internet, and a sofa for avoiding both. Since this is an impromptu visit, there is no food to eat except beef. I wonder, is there really one blanket solution for women in this situation? It's easier to jump in (albeit perhaps at a lower level) after taking time off if you have more experience and a stronger network in your hip pocket. If you worry about making rent and buying food, like many people do, it is a bad time to have kids.
