We overestimate the gap between nonprofit and for-profit jobs.

I will certainly make sure that my time and skills are valued, both in my pay and in my career development. This is definitely something I will keep in mind when (if?) I rejoin the workforce – I'm a SAHM to twins for now. And I just have to say YES! The idea that only non-profits are worthy of donated money is silly.
