We overestimate the gap between nonprofit and for-profit jobs.

I'd like to add one idea from a mentor of mine, who led big organizations in both sectors. I will certainly make sure that my time and skills are valued, both in my pay and in my career development. There ARE some nonprofits that are run this way (mine is!), How much greater good would that have accomplished?
