I could suggest other vitamins but hope you start with these are a good multi vitamin, not Centrum, but if you are unable to find a good health food store or order online then I guess you will have to take Centrum (take at least 3).

Tell him something you don't like that X interferes with (like laundry, or if they bring over food a lot). I can't remember. I don't think his 'attachment' to X is necessarily a negative, however the laundry bit is a little more than odd. Because I like to solve-problems; I suggest you two take baby steps.

I spend money on wood and stone and dirt and veggies and that is money well-invested, becuase it gives me hundreds of hours of enjoyment, by myself AND with my family, outside in the garden (not to mention all the food we grow ourselves). Lots of job and career changes. You're not a big aquirer of Stuff, which is good.

I love your career advice. Nor can they relocate easily for a job.
