Write about how to find autonomy at work, about the farmer, about how to network and build a community. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc.

And Jeremy Owyang, from Forrester Research reports that, "In approximately two years social networks will be more powerful than corporate web sites. Depends on the line of work (police, hospital, fire brigade?). It's a Safari bug.
