And I had to take literature courses, which I passed by reading New York Times book reviews (you’d be surprised how far back those go.) in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc. So this is what I did in graduate school: Nothing. anger irritability etc.
