If hospitals in NYC did this, there would be a run on grilled cheese ingredients all over the city. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc. As a 25-year-old college graduate, Facebook is the only online social networking communication tool I need.

Like you, I suck at the friendship thing, and that's mostly because I suck at talking, especially on the phone–which is how most non internet people seem to communicate. The reason we did that is because according to Cone , 50% of generation Y communicate with companies through social media. Communications McDonald's USA Subscribe -- free! Depends on the line of work (police, hospital, fire brigade?). And they know better. We are currently looking into this matter.
