So the constructive advice helps me do better. They just don’t know what else to do, which takes us back to a need for constructive advice. Constructive criticism is good. He worked so much in construction when it wasn't raining (4 am – 7pm) that I learned to adore rainy days. Compliments don’t make me better.

I think too often we are so worried about accomplishing as many tasks as we can that we don't focus enough on the task that is right in front of us. EEG neurofeedback training is the best solution because it trains the brain out of that pattern. I think we all construct these coping mechanisms.
