It really is time that these bureaucratic hell holes actually started to realize they are performing a public service.
It seems that while happy people would make better employees, interesting people may actually end up performing better in interviews. But secondly, I've been feeling like my career isn't going anywhere and that my work isn't accomplishing anything. interesting dynamic relates to careers, specifically interviews.
