I think of your doughnut technique as associating EATING (junk food) with bad news which I wd never want for my kids since I am constantly worried that they'll use eating as a substitute for feeling and then they'll get fat and then they'll have a bad self-image and then.well, you get the idea. I couldn't sleep, either.

They're the ones who work to put braces on their kids teeth, pay the utility bills, put food on the table, take the garbage out – do all that mundane stuff. Literally starving can be a relative thing.
For starters I would recommend Country Life Daily Total One take 1 or 2 in the morning with some food. I could suggest other vitamins but hope you start with these are a good multi vitamin, not Centrum, but if you are unable to find a good health food store or order online then I guess you will have to take Centrum (take at least 3).
Like other people need to try new food to feel sane, or something like that. If anything, the past few months have been an experiment for me about how it feels to blog less. And it feels terrible. I think I probably need to blog to be sane. Not saying goodbye.

Food is a problem for me. My effort to control food got so extreme that I landed in a mental ward with an eating disorder. Too many details about food. You may want to try to find a healthier staple food. Establish routines to limit input. I hate variety. I hate that I don’t know what is coming. Everywhere.
the organization is not-for-profit, but they need funding to make sure they stay alive, i can give people food, and they eat happily. You seem to be cursed with an immunity to the 'social instinct' That is, you forego the easy assimilation into society's prevalent coping mechanisms: TV, Facebook, lots of bad food, etc. Since you are not easily distracted from the vital lie, I reckon you must probe it, dissect it and emerge with an answer.
So I am needlepointing, to stay focused on execution instead of food. She never mentioned charging the company for anything untoward just things like food and air fare. Cut into halves, then quarters, then cookie cutter shapes like stars. On a bad day it's one apple and ten apple pies.
