That is the only way we get to our goals, the only way the tortoise beats the hare in the race, the only way that we can look back and be so proud of our accomplishments. You've accomplished a lot. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc.

That I didn't accomplish that goal is on me, for not being diligent enough to follow my initial vision to completion. But I remember distinctly the argument most used against my dropping out: That once you dropped out of college, you never went back. If I did that I would have had a job now.
