I work in tech, and in a recent chemistry trade magazine, of people who were withing 1-5 yrs out of college, women were making more then men (5-10% more or 105-110% of men- you silly nit pickers). Who *doesn't* know how to use PP? You can see it at every level and in every degree.
I think the proof of this is that gen Y prefers communicating via social media rather than emai l; news travels faster, via larger groups of people. Magazine for roughly $1 million. Privacy is more valuable. Royal family member Peter Phillips , on the other hand, is eleventh from the throne and almost a commoner.
I only know a fair bit about it because I've read a couple books and a great many journals, magazines and websites on it.
