I think too often we are so worried about accomplishing as many tasks as we can that we don't focus enough on the task that is right in front of us. EEG neurofeedback training is the best solution because it trains the brain out of that pattern. Then you would have your mind back to be mindful in.

I certainly am a fan of working from home and believe that you have a set boundaries and expectations so that you are productive and focused on getting things accomplished to be successful. Winning is usually accomplished by placing the ball where your opponent isn't located: either you put the ball there yourself or you pass your team-mate so they can put the ball there. She has had good coaches, and clearly she listens to advice. Writing is definitely a skill that can be learned, but it requires tons of practice.
