I think leadership is the same. And mine certainly deserves some. Much harder. Much better.

My aunt and stepmom can work on the farm and earn a salary but they are not be able to assume any type of ownership or leadership role within the business. Mine from yesterday had 13 items on it, I was able to cross off one and felt almost giddy when I crossed it off. As an engineer I always try to think of technology solutions to problems like this.
