Brief back story: I resigned from a job 2 weeks ago and plan to spend the next 6 months networking and volunteering, working as close to part-time as possible just to pay the bills. It’s the best way to have a meaningful conversation and it’s the best way to rope in a mentor or look like a star performer. I think it's important to not make people feel bad or stupid when they ask questions – intimidation doesn't motivate learning. That rings true to me. Good questions require creative thinking.

Include a new feature (rather than a group/network) where people ask questions and you answer them and also allow other users to comment on them with their input.
