We overestimate the gap between nonprofit and for-profit jobs.

It's really dangerous to think there are vastly different motivators in the non-profit world. You'll notice that in the for-profit world, in the new workplace, money is not a key motivator. I'd like to add one idea from a mentor of mine, who led big organizations in both sectors. Salesforce.com rocks!

Result – a large boil that took serious medical treatment. He could not find or read the directions. I'm intimidated by the post office.
