I think too often we are so worried about accomplishing as many tasks as we can that we don't focus enough on the task that is right in front of us. EEG neurofeedback training is the best solution because it trains the brain out of that pattern. Then you would have your mind back to be mindful in.

I certainly am a fan of working from home and believe that you have a set boundaries and expectations so that you are productive and focused on getting things accomplished to be successful. I wonder, is there really one blanket solution for women in this situation? It's easier to jump in (albeit perhaps at a lower level) after taking time off if you have more experience and a stronger network in your hip pocket. Three months after I arrived in the US there was a crash and a recession, still I found great jobs.
